“Mad Men” Barbies Now Available Online

Love the characters and fashions on AMC‘s widely successful television show Mad Men?  Well here’s your chance to own your very own mini-me version.  Mattel is now selling the “Mad Men” Barbie collection online.  Style Seen Daily friend, actress Christina Hendricks, pictured above, looks life a real life Barbie so it’s only fitting she becomes an official one.

Show creator Matthew Weiner is a fan of Barbie and the collection took a year to produce.  Ad executive Don Draper, played by actor Jon Hamm, and Roger Sterling, played by John Slattery, are also immortalized as dolls, complete in tailored suits with cufflinks.  Robert Best designed the dolls and gave the Draper doll a 5 o’clock shadow and dreamy gaze to “add to his good looks.”  Move over Ken, there’s a new toy in town.

Draper’s wife Betty, played by January Jones, wears a floral A-line Dress and Joan Holloway wears a sexy figure hugging dress to play on actress Christina Hendricks’ real life womanly curves.
