Every year I read British and French publications because I find that their take on style both in fashion and music is of greater interest to me that those here in the US. A few years ago, LOVE magazine as well as Jalouse both put Coco Sumner, aka I Blame Coco, on their covers, followed by the inexpensive fashion brand ASOS (also based in London) with their subscription based mag. It was no surprise to me that once again they discovered a brilliant young artist, who right before those issues, one of my dearest friends, who happens to spend a lot of time around hipsters and hot girls, shared with me a video of a young teen calling herself I Blame Coco, I was mesmerized and fell for her right away.
