Designer Marc Jacobs and Vogue Editor In Chief Anna Wintour with Late Night Host Jimmy Fallon.

Jimmy Fallon is a nervous fellow by nature, but he shirked that college humor to the side a smidge to welcome fashion legends designer Marc Jacobs and Vogue E-I-C Anna Wintour to his stage this week so the two can plug her upcoming Fashion’s Night Out coming up September 10.

Anna was light on the glaring and kept the topic on point, even interrupting Marc Jacobs’ subway story, and looked amazing in Carolina Herrera and her signature bob a-swaying while MJ rocked a kilt.

And while Jimmy gushed about the first lady of fashion’s annual Met Gala where Lady Gaga performed this year, the Wintour wasn’t exactly gaga over the pop princess’ time management by daring to keep Anna waiting while LG chatted with a higher power. “We had Lady Gaga this year,” said Wintour. “There was a moment when she was communing with God and she was praying in the back, waiting for God to tell her it was all right to go actually onstage.”

With a roll of an eye and bat of a eye, Wintour quipped, “Fortunately he gave her the message after 45 minutes,” she quipped.

Mix Of Fall 2010 Trends, Including Military Styles and Chunky Sweaters.

Fall is right around the corner and the latest trends for the season are making the migration into fashion forward wardrobes everywhere. From military styles to camel and grey pieces, a new fresh twist on fall fashions are being spotted around the country.  We here at Style Seen Daily have picked out five hot trends to help you transition into the upcoming season.

Rihanna seen rocking fall fashion must have; over-the-knee boots.

#1 Get a Leg up With Over The Knee Boots

Over-the-knee boots are returning as a trend for this upcoming season. They made their popular debut last fall, but they have come back with a fun new flare. Lots of zippers can be seen on these sky-high boots. Skinny jeans or jeggings make a great compliment to the boots for a polished look. Many celebrities ranging from Rihanna to Kate Hudson have been seen sporting this hot trend with boots from Jimmy Choo and Stuart Weitzman just to name a few.

Jessica Alba wearing a saddlebag while out for the day with her daughter, Honor.

#2  Saddle up!

The trend in handbags for this season is the saddlebag.  Look for saddlebags ranging in richer, deeper shades of leather such as camel and burgundy. The size of the actual bag van vary, from the teeniest of bags, big enough for only a lipstick and wallet to larger bags that can hold enough for a quick weekend getaway.  Many celebrities like Jessica Alba, Kourtney Kardashian and Katie Holmes have been spotted using a saddle bag to tote around their personal items.

#3   The “it” color:  Camel

Not only is camel seen as a popular color for saddlebags but it has also been popping up in fashion as a hot fall trend. Camel has become the new black. Camel outfits from head to toe are incredibly popular as the season changes. Many shades of the color have been seen in higher end boutiques and regular merchandise stores alike, making it easy to mix and match pieces in order to create the perfect look.

Lauren Conrad recently spotted wearing trendy deep navy nail polish.

#4   Metallic Blue and Gold For Nails

On the beauty end of things, nail polish trends are changing with the season. As we move from summer to fall the trend in nail colors tends to get a little darker as well. Deeper, darker hues of colors have been popping up on celebrity fingers recently. Red wine colored polish is always a staple in any fall wardrobe. Some more playful colors are also top trends this season, like metallic blue and gold. Lauren Conrad is always a nail trend follower, recently spotted wearing a metallic navy blue on her fingers.

Rachel Zoe sporting the hottest trend in hair right now; chunky waves.

#5 Wavy Hair Trend Continues Past Summer

Chunky mermaid waves continue to rule in hair trends even though the summer is ending. Charlie’s Angels hair styles match well with any of the boho chic looks that we have been seeing pop up on fashion followers everywhere. This style does translate well with more classic looks as well, helping to make even the most simple outfit look more put together. Celebrities like Rachel Zoe and The Kardashian Sisters are infamously known for their love of the long wavy look.

One shoulder suit "Mother Earth" presents bold tribal colors.

We here at Style Seen Daily have the latest on the gorgeous swimwear line Lisa Blue , Call Of The Whale straight from founder and designer Lisa Burke. Designing looks for all women is one of Lisa’s goals, she told us she designs for “sporty girl who ride the waves and the girl who simply enjoys to frolic on the beach or just wishes to look fabulous by the pool.”

This swimwear line is now launching here in the US, and we must stay it’s fashion fabulous.

Add some ruffle to your life with this “Freesia” bikini, made especially for those women who are more well-endowed. The top is made with more support to help alleviate back pain while keeping your girls perky — making you look sexy and feel confident at the same time.  How about that color too, bold and bright, perfect for summer.

Sexy one piece Sirens.

Artwork on your body, these unique suits are derived from the Rosie Miller’s exquisite Australian Aboriginal paintings. The “Sirens” cut out swimsuit is literally like wearing a painting.

The “Cupid” suit (below) is great for all body shapes, highlighting a women’s feminine waistline.

Get struck with love with this bikini, "Cupid".

Ten years ago Lisa discovered her inspiration for her swimwear line, not just to make women look and feel beautiful but to make a difference. Lisa Burke is from Byron Bay,  Australia and made it one of her sole purposes to travel to Tonga to swim with humpback whales. She got the incredible chance to come face to face with a mother whale and its baby and during this moment Lisa made a promise to forever protect these beautiful animals.

Keeping her promise Lisa has created Lisa Blue,  25% of the profit for Lisa Blue is donated towards helping protect the whales and dolphins, through the Australian Whale Conservation Society.  Lisa has created a line of swimwear that brings confidence, beauty and environmentally awareness all at the same time.

Swim with the dolphins in this suit, Dolphin Song.

Bikini “Dolphin Song” a colorful suit with dolphin designs is perfect to show your support to the Australian Whale Conservation Society. Also added to many pieces in the collection is the whale’s tail charm located on the top piece, a unique accent. The charm clips off, so you can add it to your jewelry collection as well.

Lisa Blue appeared at the 2010/2011 Mercedes-Benz Swimsuit Fashion Week held in Miami, Florida. She showcased her line as well as showing footage of her swimming with humpback whales.  Lisa told us the crowd was so moved by her story some were in tears during the show. Creating a powerful mood for fashionistas and  eco-friendly viewers.

September 08: Rachel Zoe and Kate Hudson attend Bravo's The Rachel Zoe Project series launch party at The Gramercy Park Hotel in New York City.

Rachel Zoe dresses high profile celebrities and as a result demands high fees rumored at upwards of $6,000 a day.

The Rachel Zoe Project on Bravo is about the inner workings of Zoe’s world as she attempts to turn her style into a brand.

Zoe makes the perfect reality star and the decision to have a cable show was really a no brainer as she didn’t have much to lose in the general public’s eye. While respected in the fashion world for dressing high profile stars like Demi Moore, Cameron Diaz and Kate Hudsen, Zoe’s public image desperately needed a make over due to accusations of drug use and promoting the stick-thin image. Los Angeles Times once claimed Zoe was “single-handedly bringing anorexia back.”

“I don’t think it’s fair to say that I’m responsible because I’m a thin person, that because I’m influencing their style I’m influencing what they eat,” Zoe stated. “There was this crazy rumor that I was getting diet pills from Mexico and distributing them. I was like, ‘Okay, I’ve never even tried cocaine. I don’t do drugs — I’m too much of a control freak’.”

But Zoe’s past drama in the press seemed to finally work in her favor. The premiere episode of her reality show got higher ratings than the first episode of Project Runway with 527,000 eyes.

Bloggers immediately took to the Internet and typed they were surprised how personable Zoe came across on television. The mainstream press, however, turned out to be a different story. New York Times television critic Ginia Bellafante called Zoe “a pox on humanity” and her “mad consumption … downright unseemly.”

Zoe, who reportedly cried after reading the NYT review, once again defended herself telling the LA Times: “It was the strangest thing in the world for someone who has never met me to accuse me of making our society superficial. Judging the state of society based on me? A ‘pox’? This show is not an effort to solve world issues. It’s a bit of glamour, a bit of an escape.”

Zoe got the last laugh as despite criticism show ratings continued to climb and we here at Style Seen Daily know that Zoe is going no where but up, up, up.

SSD Co-Founder Crystal Fambrini profiled Zoe for Current TV.

Stylist & Jewerly Expert Michael O'Connor with the latest in jewelry trends for The 62nd Primtime Emmys.

For the 62nd Primetime Emmy Awards, bigger is definitely better in terms of jewelry.  Expect to see big statement pieces all over the red carpet at the Emmys and throughout award season ‘10. Well that is if you want Style Seen Daily friend and jewelry expert Michael O’Connor’s fashion approval.  Michael gave us a first hand look at some of the jewelry trends that celebrities will be wearing on the carpet.

Pieces like this black diamond necklace will be seen on the red carpet at The Emmy's.

Since a simplified, more monochromatic look is popular in clothing right now, jewelry is taking the forefront as the focus of an ensemble. Jewelry is serving as more of a contrast to the outfit with the focus being on one area with a large piece, like a big ring with a lot of stones or wearing multiple bangles on one arm. Look for stones like black diamonds, tanzanite, amethyst, and sapphire to be popping up all over the red carpet.

Another emerging jewelry trend that Michael predicts to be a hit on the red carpet is a retro look. He says that a large part of this trend is due to shows like Mad Men that have made the 50s and 60s eras more relevant in fashion. Pearls are making a come back in a whole new way, but these aren’t your mother’s classic strand pearls. Julia Roberts has already been spotted wearing such fashion forward pearls. A beaded pearl necklace also feature beads of a variety of other colors from the AGTA Collection is also likely to be a hit for award season and right on trend for fall.

Tie bars, like this one from Cliq by Superfit, are becoming popular picks for men.

As for the men, actors Terrence Howard and Clint Eastwood have been spotted wearing pins for the lapels of jackets.  Look for Cliq by Superfit to be on the men at the EMMYS with pieces like tie bars, rings, and cuff links.

On television’s biggest night, there was no short supply of style or fashion. At the 62nd Annual Primtime EMMY Awards white was definitely the hottest color on this year’s red carpet. Kim Kardashian looked stunning in a grecian style white Marchesa dress. Many other celebrities, including Julie Benz of ‘Dexter’ and “Damages” actress Rose Byrne. were also spotted wearing white gowns. Even Bryan Batt of ‘Mad Men’ was spotted wearing a white suit jacket to top off his look.

Another big trend on this year’s red carpet was navy dresses. Lea Michele of ‘Glee’ worked a strapless, navy Oscar De La Renta gown that she accented with a diamond Lorraine Schwartz choker. Jane Krakowski donned a head to toe navy look. The ‘30 Rock’ actress’ Escada gown was paired with blue satin Salvatore Ferragamo peep toe heels and blue satin clutch to tie it all together.

Although white and navy were the stand out colors on this year’s red carpet, many other celebrities still made their mark on the red carpet with their own looks. Claire Danes of ‘Temple Grandin’ and Heather Morris were both glowing in sequined dresses. The ‘Temple Grandin’ actress looked elegant in an Armani Prive gown that was encrusted with Swarovski crystals, while Morris, of “Glee”  wore a gold Ina Solanti gown paired with a Swarovski clutch.
