Los Angeles is crazed with celebs entertaining the Golden Globes weekend. Over in Beverly Hills at new hot spot Confidential Beverly Hills many starlets retreated to get pampered and dolled up for their Golden Globe destinations at THE Hospitality Suite. VIPs were pampered with Makeup Mandy Lashes, Infinity Tanning, OPI Nails, and hair by my lovely and talented friends George Papanikolas and Mika Fowler with Joico Haircare.

Los Angeles, CA: Glee star Cory Monteith arrived at LAX, sporting a pair of ultra chic JOHN VARVATOS EYEWEAR shades. He matched the JOHN VARVATOS Modified Aviators in Brown with a button down shirt and a great pair of boots as he cheerfully made his way out of the terminal, into his getaway car. The color brown never looked so good. Another great look for Mr. Monteith.
Lady Gaga Letter to Fans
Fans are always waiting outside for their favorite celebrities, and often times they get photos and autographs, but today, Lady Gaga who is staying at Andre Balazs famed Chateau Marmont this week, while in town shooting Glee, not only left her fans – which she of course calls Little Monsters – a love letter and thank you to the LAPD, but also had 50 bags of McDonalds‘ to feed the troops who have been parked outside since she checked in.

Gaga was spotted departing the Chateau, where our Anya Varda carefully selects who can pass and enter, and who cannot. We are sure she is working overtime with all of the Little Monsters trying to enter the coveted hotel to spot their favorite signer. Whatever your feelings on Gaga are, you have to admit, she is at the very least appreciative of her fans. Gaga has over 12 million followers on Twitter, and from the looks of it, @ladygaga seems to be the real tweeter, as she just posted two hours ago how she sent out her thanks at Chateau.
Glee hunk, and our Style Seen Daily friend Cory Monteith, played it cool at Nick’s Kids Choice 2011 stepping out on the orange carpet in John Varvatos modified avaitors in black ($250).

As a self-proclaimed Prime Time TV Know-It-All, I make sure to know everything and anything that goes on in the television world, especially when it comes to fashion. This year’s prime time line-up has been phenomenal, from award-winning shows like Glee and Modern Family to guilty pleasures like Vampire Diaries and Pretty Little Liars, there is always something fabulous and fashionable to watch. As if listening to the magnificent voices of the Season 10 contestants isn’t entertaining enough, we get to see the amazing wardrobe of Jennifer Lopez and the female contestants twice a week on AI. Yes, Ryan‘s suits are perfectly tailored, and Steven‘s bell-bottoms are divine, but JLo steals the show with her perfectly quaffed hair, flawless make up, and absolutely daring and stunning fashion choices. I love how she embraces her curves and always stands out in edgy, yet girly designs.

The FOX show has even upped their contestants’ fashion, by incorporating L.A.M.B. designer and pop-star Gwen Stefani into last week’s show to style the three female singers. One of my favorite top 9 contestants, Pia Toscano, who shockingly got voted off far too early, was dressed by Gwen in a Safari print romper an edgy accessories on Wednesday night.

There’s no doubt that the upper east-siders of Gossip Girl are the best dressed cast on TV, but what makes them stylish enough to be dubbed the “new Sex and the City” of fashion? The wardrobe stylist for GG, Eric Daman, makes sure each character has their own unique style and pushes the envelope in everything they wear. From trendsetting with Blair‘s headbands and plaid school-girl skirts, to mixing styles with Serena‘s boho-chic flair with polished wealthy looks, Daman has set the bar high on The CW Show.

I don’t even think I could tell you what is going on plot-wise right now on the show, but the fashion always sticks out. This show is constantly inspirational on the fashion front.
Not only is this show one of my favorites due to it’s acting, writing, and thick drama, but it also boasts beautiful clothes. The setting, a Chicago law office, does not jump out and say high fashion, but the leading ladies and men wear stunning suits and outfits that you would see on any fashion week runway. Diane and Alicia, played by Christine Baranski and Julianna Margulies, are always dressed to the nines in their pencil skirts and tweed blazers; their sophisticated suit jackets are to die for.

The 62nd Primetime EMMY Awards Show hosted by the amazingly talented and funny host Jimmy Fallon brought Hollywood out in full force. And while Fallon did a great job entertaining the crowd with his guitar, we here at Style Seen Daily couldn’t help but notice the trend in up do fashions, highlighting the neck. Celebrities like Anna Paquin, Christina Hendricks, Heidi Klum and more all rocked the red carpet with their hair pulled back.
How To Get Anna Paquin’s Hairstyle
When it came to creating an Emmys hairstyle for Anna Paquin, stylist Renato Campora knew just where to look for inspiration: her Alexander McQueen gown. “The dress is very strong, and I wanted to show off her shoulders and neck,” he explains. “I didn’t want her hair to seem too severe, so I created a loose structure.”
First, Renato worked the lightweight Frédéric Fekkai Full Volume Mousse through Anna’s damp hair. To keep her hair smooth and prevent flyaways, he worked in Fekkai Silky Straight Smooth Finish serum before blow-drying hair. Try Frédéric Fekkai Coiff Contrôle – Ironless Straightening Balm and instead of using a brush, use your fingers.
When Anna’s hair was dry, Renato used a curling iron with a ½-inch barrel to create waves, then pinned the hair to let the curls set for 15 minutes. Then, he ran his fingers through the underside of her hair, pulled her hair back and created a French twist. He created a bit of volume at the top of Anna’s hair by gently pushing it with his hands, then securing it with bobby pins. Finally, he sprayed hair with Frédéric Fekkai Coiff Fini – Sheer Hold Hairspray. “It’s a modern, soft look,” Renato says.
