Los Angeles,Ca- After announcing to the world that she and Jay-Z were expecting their first child during her performance at the 2011 MTV Video Music Awards, Beyonce wore a gorgeous, one-shoulder citrus orange Lanvin kaftan. Always one to remember the importance of being distinguished, the vibrant  gown was the perfect blend of avant-garde fashion, and timeless elegance that we have come to expect.
Beyonce finished her look with a pair of stunning Lorraine Schwartz shoulder dusters and an oversized emerald ring. If this look is any indication of the maternity style we should look forward to seeing this fall, than the fashion world has another thing coming, literally.

Watch the Throne available exclusively on itunes combines two of the most acclaimed rappers of our time, Jay-Z and Kanye West. This is their first collaborative full-length album and includes works from producers RZA of the Wu-Tang Clan, DJ Premier, the Neptunes, the Jugganauts, Swizz Beats and Q-Tip.

Beyonce continues to show her girl power with her new single “Run the World (girls)” and ofcourse I LOVE IT!
She’s super sexy and smart. Her dance moves are amazing and her fashions are on point. Put this in your outlook ladies: Beyonce’s new album out June 28, 2011.

This music video is an instant classic, made by Director Francis Lawrence (Bad Romance for Gaga, I’m A Slave 4 U for Britney).  This is the first single out since Beyonce reportedly parted ways “amicably” with her manger and Father Matthew Knowles.  It’s on the down low that her new manager is hubby Jay-Z. Makes sense, right?

Hip hop mogul Jay Z launched his new website  today (April4, 2011) — www.lifeandtimes.com.  The web site gets his name from Jay’s 1999 release “vol. 3… Life and Times of S. Carter.”  It’s a lifestyle site that covers style, art, technology, sports — and yes ofcourse the big boss himself.  Jay Z’s site — www.jayz.com — now redirects you to Life and Times.  This site is reportedly backed by Jay’s company SC Enterprises, who put together a staff to cover Jay’s various interests — an idea he thought about doing a year ago.

The website’s “about” section simply features a large photo of Jay on stage with a short quote: “I want to make the extraordinary, ordinary.”

In less than 24 hours the lifeandtimes.com twitter page has accumulated more than 45, 000 followers (Jay Z’s official twitter page as of now has a little more than 360,000 followers) and 1400 facebook “likes.”

Supermodel stripes down naked in Allure's April 2009 issue to show off her skin care regimen.Supermodel Cindy Crawford bares it all in Allure’s April 2009 issue to show off her skin care regimen.

Women are shouting from the rooftops, 40 is the new 30, 30 is the new 20 and 20 is just… well too young and fresh to be worrying about the ticking age meter.  And even men are getting into this shrinking number game as well.  Take Jay-Z‘s “30 is the new 20″ line he repeatedly raps in his “30 something lyrics” hit song. But it’s more than just a vein saying, it’s quickly turning into actual fact.  Even scientists are starting to agree to this new age concept, as published on Medicine Online.

And if you are not sure you believe this hype… well then all you must do is take a look at 43 year old Supermodel Cindy Crawford and we here at Style Seen Daily will bet that whoever the naysayer is will become a believer in a milosecond.  Crawford stripes down naked in Allure’s April 2009 issue to show off how she continues to defy her age.  ”I think I look pretty good for 43. But I don’t look the way I did when I was 23,” says Crawford.  Well she may not look like she did back in the day, but we here at Style Seen Daily think she comes pretty darn close.

But cheating sagging skin and age spots doesn’t just happen, it takes work.  Crawford reveals several of her beauty tricks to Allure.

For younger looking hair she advises: “You can get any plastic surgery in the world, but hair color is what enables women to look younger longer. I’ve also become more aware of hair health…I give myself a hair treatment when I’m in my sauna to keep it conditioned.”

For that youthful plump looking silky smooth skin Crawford says she has a skin care regimen that includes lots of cream,”a day cream with antioxidants, a sunscreen, a night cream, … an eye cream … microdermabrasion …” as well as making sure to pay special attention to the skin on her hands, neck and chest.

“In some ways, my skin is better now than it’s ever been. I used to get more pimples, and my pores could look big. But through skin care, microdermabrasion, and possibly aging, my skin has gotten less oily and evened out a bit. Maybe it’s my last hurrah before I start falling apart [laughs].”
