We selected Brooke of San Diego for our KTLA Morning News Stranger Change Her: Get that Job! Edition and Brooke’s aspiration of working in entertainment and fashion in Los Angeles had host Crystal Fambriniplaying stylist and mentor this time around.
Stranger Change Her: Get That Job! on KTLA teaches women how to better themselves on the inside and out to score a new job. Host Crystal Fambrini choose to wear a LBD (little black dress) with a twist — sequins! – to set on November 9, 2011.

We selected Breanna of Lancaster to receive a Stranger Change Her makeover that would help her land a new job — and it worked! As a single mom of a 2 year old son and medical assistant in training, Breanna often cuts corners when it comes to her style. Between Breanna’s wardrobe being 4 sizes too big, her shaved off and then penciled in eyebrows one inch above her natural arch and dried out hair Stranger Change Her reporter Crystal Fambrini decided it was time to step in for an emergency makeover.
Stranger Change Her Stylist and Host Crystal Fambrini interviewing winner Toni Barsch
Stranger Change Her is back on KTLA Morning News and taking the work force by storm, one make over at a time. We selected Toni Barsh of Burbank to receive a makeover that would help her land a new job. Having moved from Wisconsin four years ago, Toni came to California seeking a fresh start and left her work wardrobe behind. In between four children, ages 19 to 30, volunteering at a foster care organization, and raising animal rights awarenesss, Toni decided it was time to land a great job in hopes of saving enough dough to buy her own farm. Stranger Change Her reporter Crystal Fambrini stepped in to style Toni for success.
We picked lucky lady Mary of Ontario for our Stranger Change Her make over. The hard working mother and custodian, having just turned 40 was looking for a complete revamp. Style Expert Crystal Fambrini was happy to step in and help Mary turn 40 into fabulous.
The start of the day with Regina at Westfield Century City.
I had the opportunity to make over Regina of Moreno Valley for her Las Vegas wedding. We showed off her new look, and pics from the wedding, at the live reveal on KTLA Channel 5. Because Regina just had her wedding, we went with a “honeymoon” make over.
We made these cupcakes to give to our "Strangers" as a thank you for stopping by and sharing their thoughts on what type of make over we should do to Regina. Yum yum! We could have sold them, but we're nice.
There was one problem though — Regina and her new husband didn’t have the means to pull off a honeymoon. You know Style Seen Daily couldn’t let that slide.
We took Regina to Westfield Century City to ask “Strangers” what they think we should do for her one day make over.

After we tallied up the score cards, we spent the rest of the day shopping and spa-ing getting ready for her BIG day!

Here’s some pictures from the one day make over:
After we asked Strangers for their opinion on what to change at Westfield Century City, we headed to Macy’s to pick out some great “honeymoon” looks for Regina. Regina looked great in all of the Macy’s INC Women’s line. We then took the clothes to Diane’s Beachwear to do our interview.
Regina in Macy's INC Womens (exclusive to Macys). Perfect outfit for the beach!
Regina in Macy's INC Women's. This outfit is great for a relaxing day on your honeymoon taking a stroll or shopping.
I picked this outfit out for Regina because I thought it would be PERFECT for the day after her Las Vegas wedding hanging out in the casino. Macy's INC Womens.
Now after we went shopping, it was onto The Londoner Salon and Spa to meet owner and SSD friend Anthony Morrison (also Bravo’s Sheer Genius winner and hair artist on TLC’s 10 Years Younger).

Ofcourse you can't forget to shape your eyebrows!
Alright, so after our big day here’s our BIG reveal with Regina….
Regina after her one day make over! Look at her, she's glowing inside and out!
Ok let’s look at the before and after one more time…

Regina after our one day make over!
I absolutely love doing these Stranger Change Her make overs. It’s not about what you look like on the outside — it’s about how you feel on the INSIDE. I think all these women deserve to take the time to love themselves and by doing that it shines through!
Congrats Regina!
Special thanks:

Stranger Change Her WEDDING EDITION: Bride to be Denise of Whittier had previously bought a dress but she has lost weight and is indecisive about getting a new one or keeping the original. We gave her a make over and had her in a dress that looked like it was made just for her in this edition of Stranger Change Her.
First up, we went to Third Street Promenade in Downtown Santa Monica to see what the public thought we should change for her big day…

Stranger Change Her WEDDING EDITION #3: Jessica of Brentwood brought her family, friends and even her fiance along to the live reveal this morning. This UCLA statistics professor applied for a make over because she wanted to get to work on her wedding — even though its 18 months away. We took Jessica to the Farmers Market and put her in the “Stranger Chamber” to ask people what they thought we should do for this make over. Special thanks to Beautiful Day, Tick Tock Florals for the set up. After getting the public’s opinion, we took Jessica to One Night Affair – a place where you can rent designer gowns. Jessica brought her Mom along and tears were shed as she stepped into her first wedding dress. After we picked the dress it was onto B2V Salon in Beverly Hills for a cut, color and style. Make up artist Michelle Brione met us there to do the make up. Watch the video here…
