Spotted!: Celebrity fashion stylist and designer Rachel Zoe launched her new media company ZOE Media Group at the Sayers Club in Hollywood on December 14, 2011. The stylist looked festive for the holidays in an eye-catching merlot sequined YSL jumpsuit and black pumps. Zoe kept her makeup neutral and shimmery except for bold, plumb lipstick which matched the shimmery  jumpsuit. She topped the outfit off with a wavy side ponytail and black clutch.
