Los Angeles is crazed with celebs entertaining the Golden Globes weekend. Over in Beverly Hills at new hot spot Confidential Beverly Hills many starlets retreated to get pampered and dolled up for their Golden Globe destinations at THE Hospitality Suite. VIPs were pampered with Makeup Mandy Lashes, Infinity Tanning, OPI Nails, and hair by my lovely and talented friends George Papanikolas and Mika Fowler with Joico Haircare.
Understated accessories makes any outfit red carpet ready.
Miley Cyrus accessorized her ravishing Roberto Cavalli gown at the 2011 MTV Video Music Awards with large dangle earrings and an Elodie K. snake stud earring in black silver and diamonds with pink sapphire eyes, adding a fun and youthful touch to her look for the night.
Miley joins the growing group of fashionable starlets who have been spotted in Elodie K. recently, including Kelly Osbourne, Taryn Manning, Kelly Rowland, Samaire Armstrong, Lindsay Lohan and Demi Lovato. Since its spring 2011 launch, Elodie K. has created a line of diamond jewelry perfect for the young and style savvy with everything from earrings and rings to hand bracelets, body chains and head pieces. Elodie K. jewelry is available for purchase at Rose Ark in Los Angeles and Alchemist in Miami.
Elodie K. is a luxurious fine jewelry line created by French designer Elodie Khayat. Growing up in Paris, Elodies sensibilities are distinctively élégant and reflect an inherently féminine chic. Inspired by the bohemian spirit of the Mediterranean, Elodie K.s délicate gold chains are designed to unmistakably highlight the hands, feet and body with the utmost subtlety. Adorned with diamonds snakes, lips or only gems the rose, white and yellow gold designs are both glamour and timeless. Elodie K. jewelry is sophisticated in blending classic éléments, fine materials and artistry to create body fine jewellery that are at once extraordinarly wearable.
Style Seen Daily friend Taryn Manning seen DJ’ing in her Shay Todd at the Revel pool party on Saturday, June 25 at Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Las Vegas. The multi-talented Manning got the crowd going spinning Ke$ha’s hit “Blow” before performing her recently released hit single, “Turn It Up” with artist Satega.
Her black Shay Todd One piece, $198, was anything but basic with three keyhole cut outs and decorative gold button detail that added just the right amount of spice.
Ilaria & Danny's Confederacy With Mick Rock's Photograph Of David Bowie & Mick Ronson
One of our very favorite stylists Ilaria Urbinati and Danny Masterson co-own the amazing Confederacy store in Hollywood and tonight, benefiting the lovely Jennifer Howell’s charity, Art of Elysium, they opened their doors to Hosts Riley Keough (this is Elvis Presley‘s Grandaughter if you did not know) & Artist Shepard Fairey to present Mick Rock’s exhibition and launch of his new bok, Mick Rock Exposed: The Face of Rock n’ Roll. Portion of the proceeds go to The Art of Elysium’s Elysium Project, Mick was on site signing books and taking pictures, saying, ” What the Art of Elysium does is incredible, anything I can do to support I will do!”, he added to Jen Howell “I want to do a whole series of photos and benefit your foundation.” Mick’s work is curated by L.A. Gallerist Annie Wharton and will be on display through February.

Ashley Simpson-Wentz at the Solstice Luncheon at Eveleigh in Los Angeles, CA on November 16, 2010.
Solstice celebrated the launch of SolsticeSunglasses.com with what you could call a ladies luncheon at our friend’s beautiful and yummy new restaurant Eveleigh in Los Angeles on Tuesday, November 16, 2010. Style Seen Daily spent the afternoon with Ashlee Simpson-Wentz, Gabrielle Union, Amber Tamblyn, Elisha Cuthbert, Monet Mazur, Emily Rossum, Taryn Manning, Jordana Brewster, Eva Amurri, Kate Mara, Sasha Alexanderand many more. Oh yes, there were some (less than a handful really) heterosexual men there, like “Weed” actor Hunter Parrish, and this eligible bachelor had a great time sipping champagne cocktails and talking fashion with the ladies.
Hunter Parish and Rebecca Hunter at at Eveleigh in Los Angeles, CA on November 16, 2010.
Hunter pictured above with Rebecca Hunter. Rebecca shared with us one of her favorite fashions — pairing tights with shorts. She told me that she’s bought several pairs of shorts and tights of late and loves that she can sport this trend in Los Angeles. She also is a fan of pearls — and picked out her grey cardigan because of the pearl detailing. All great choices Rebecca!
Now, back to Hunter, who is actually one of my favorite LA guys and I credit him for keeping my breakfast super healthy — Parrish shared with me a while back his “secret” egg receipe — egg whites with mustard — it really is yummy! Originally from Texas, he’s kept his Southern Charm and isn’t ever afraid to make fun of himself, “Have I gone Hollywood? I’m so rude!” he jokes. Super cute guy who we here at SSD always enjoy watching on Showtime and, trust me, you’ll be seeing much more of Hunter in the future. A Fambrini forecast: Hunter will make People’s sexiest guy list at some point in his career.
And, speaking of Showtime, how many of you out there are excited to check out the new series “Shameless” starring the lovely Emily Rossum? I know I certainly am and gave Emily my congrats.

Emily is as sweet as pie and we had a good laugh over some “shameless” things of our past, which I’m NOT sharing, some things better left to the imagination. But here’s a hint, let’s just say the promo for Shameless doesn’t seem too far fetching.
Ok, ok, so let me get to what the party was about — sunglasses. And living in Los Angeles, you must have more than one pair.

Celebrities, media and VIP’s celebrated Solstice new online boutique by exploring the site’s new design, functions, social media elements and extended product offerings. Guests viewed over 40 luxury, designer and sport sunglass brands, including Gucci, Giorgio Armani, Marc Jacobs, Bottega Veneta, Carrera and Smith Optics among others, on portable iPads and computers, while enjoying bites from the kitchen and beats by Tendaji.
Gabriel Union at the Solstice Luncheon at Eveleigh in Los Angeles, CA on November 16, 2010.
Gabriel Union and Ali Fedotowsky both gravitate towards big circle sunglasses, as it is a perfect way to glam up any outfit. And very Jackie O reminiscent. Also, I must say I’m loving Ali in blue, thanks to her amazing stylist who was at her side the entire luncheon.
